Last night we:
Saw the mouse (or one of them) that is living in our ductwork. He came out and we chased him fruitlessly around the living room a bit.
Heard water dripping in our furnace closet...which means another repair to add to the list for the contractor who has shown up a couple of times but has yet to do any work.
It was a banner night.
