All you have to do is train the oldest child to buckle the rest of them in, then you are set! I usually only buckle in the baby now. Of course that's assuming the straps are all the correct length, etc.
H of B, that's a great idea! Too bad First Son still can't get himself buckled in. I told him he had to learn before the baby is born, but I know it's difficult for him to bed over to see the buckle, so I don't really blame him.
