Nothing Like Dirt

First Son picked up a new butterfly net at the farmer's market today. He's absolutely thrilled. He's caught a few bugs and even a spider, but no butterfly yet. He calls it his "bat."


First Daughter was successful at blowing more bubbles. You might even spot a tiny one in the picture.


Kansas Dad dumped a bunch of old potting soil on the ground and let the kids play in it. They loved it (and it kept them away from the good garden soil).
